• Job Description

  1. Oversee the development and evaluation of equipment/tools/fixtures to aid in the manufacturing PCBA process.
  2. Analyzes circuit test data and implements program adjustments when required.
  3. Perform new electrical design and create and analyze testability reports for PCBA.
  4. Support production on process and improve productivity in PCBA environment.
  5. Work closely with production technicians to debug failed units for PCBA or product testing.
  6. Responsible for process improvement of all products under mass production for assembly process.
  7. Improve productivity, yield and line balance.
  8. Assist in preparing test procedures and developing test fixtures to verify PCB functions.
  9. Assist in designing and developing Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).
  10. Print Circuit board(PCB) failure analysis, Root causes of occurrence analysis How defective PCB escape detection gate analysis
