• Job Description

  1. Work closely with Factory MGR and cooperate with Production MGR / QA MGR and Maintenance MGR.
  2. Confirm for budget control & Cost data summarize result & report to Factory Manager.
  3. Manage all task for smooth production, quality and maintenance, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment
  4. Leading and developing a diverse team of managers and supervisors within the Project & Process improvement, Operations, Quality Control and maintenance.
  5. Immediate make decisions on production related issues to ensure on-time delivery to customer
  6. Minimize down time to increase productivity. Motivate subordinate to follow the rules and regulations.
  7. Control and monitoring productivity , quality , cost of direct / indirect labor and support site continuous improvement projects.
  8. Coordinate implementation of Equipment Care and Maintenance KPI.
  9. Preparing budget for building preventive maintenance and to ensure all cost relevant are meet the budget.
  10. Control and management quality assurance product, in-process, before and after.
  11. Assign a process owner for achieve QA department target.
  12. Follow company's policies & objective (ISO9001,BRC, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 15378 )
  13. Control of all quality system and quality assurance activities, reduce NG part and support customers.
