    - Responsible and to be in charge of a court proceeding (Civil, and criminal trial)
    - Compiling legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings
    - Preparing and drafting court documents
    - Researching and analyzing the law on points raised in cases
    - Filing documents with courts and other authorities
    - Liaising between lawyers and courts and other authorities
    - Have experience in Drafting business contracts between General contract
    - Able to travel upcountry and abroad
    - Other related tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male only, age 35-40 years old
    - Bachelor Degree or higher in Law Major
    - Have lawyer license
    - Minimum 5 - 10 years working experience in the legal field
    - Good command of English
    - Experienced that Both civil and criminal cases
    - Able to use Microsoft Office very well
    - Have experience in Drafting business contracts between General contract

    - Honest and reliable
    - Able to travel upcountry and abroad
