    1. Control manpower and production assembly line in clean room.
    2. Reduce NG and drive team to achieve daily target.
    3. Monitor the performance of your team members to ensure they are all contributing adequately and working safely.
    4. Ensure that the final products are meets standards of quality.
    5. Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1 Male Age 30-40 years old
    2 Bachelor's degree in Engineer or diploma degree.
    3 At least 5 years experience in production supervisor any field / Can work in shift
    4 Need experience of supervisor in assemble line / Need manual operation
    5 Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill and Good command of English.
    6 Candidates from automotive background will be preferred
    7 Well versed with problem solving for tooling and processing issues and ability to take decisions .
