    [Background]Setting up a new Bangkok office in 2022. The main client will be Japanese companies, and also has global projects that will be collaborated with the Singapore team.
    1)Organization / HR Consulting
    ・Design HR systems and HR operation consulting.
    ・Deliver HR related project for clients as a project manager
    ・Create service proposal for consulting project to meet clients’ expectations.
    2) HR Development Consulting
    ・Facilitate business training such as management, leadership for Thai staff.
    ・To develop business training program.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, age 28-35
    - N2up Japanese for creating presentations materials in Japanese for Japanese clients
    - 3-5 years of experience in human resources, consulting, or related field.
    - Interested in Japanese HR and labor issues.
    - Interested in working in a start-up company environment.
    [Advantage]
    - Experience of HERB (HR Business Partner)
    - Experience working or studying abroad.
