• Job Description

  - Receive drawing and issue quotations for customers
  - Handle complaints and inquiries from customers
  - Coordinate with customers and factory and evaluate customer satisfaction
  - Generate and prepare ISO9001 to establish target
  - Closely monitor incoming and outgoing tasks for production planning
  - Manage planning including incoming and outgoing tasks for the Department
  - Handle QMR, create quality manuals, and implement ISO 9001 to practices
  - Supervise and oversee the implementation of ISO 9001 in the organization
  - Communicate quality policies and objectives from management executives
  - Actively participate in CAR-related activities (Corrective Action Request)
  - Monitor the operation in office such as HR, accounting & finance, and purchasing
