  • Job Description

    - Ensure 100% mould inspection by metallurgical examination
    - Mold/Die polishing ready for PVD coating process
    - Stamping dies and inserts (sharp edge piercing inserts)
    - Punching/Rolling forming dies (radius and shape)
    - Die casting mould and core pins
    - Polishing mould and dies to improve the surface quality

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-35
    - Diploma or Bachelor's in Metallurgic or Tool & Dies
    - More than 2 years' experience in mould and/or tool inspection
    - Good command English (to cooperate with overseas branch
    - Main application: fuel injection systems
    - Plastic injection mould (mirror polished mould, straight polished mould, EDM structure, etc.)
    - Extrusion dies (film, blow, tube, pipes, profile, etc.)
