• Job Description

  - Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour and employment laws
  - Plan and conduct new employee orientation
  - Identify and manage training and development needs for employees
  - Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  - Ensure hiring/selection/orientation programs are handled well and carefully
  - Promote and arrange the training that is relevant and beneficial to operations
  - Develop, maintain and administer an effective wage and benefit program
  - Develop and implement H.R. practices (philosophy and policy) which encourage motivation and involvement among employees
  - Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions
  - Oversee employee time attendance, benefits and welfare, insurance, social security fund and other related benefits
  - Work closely with the Managing Director and act as HR business partner for all HR support activities
  - Prepare and update weekly reports for management about new hires, resignations, training, employee satisfaction and other appropriate key performance indicators
  - Other accounting support (multi-functional related working, for example, AC, IT, legal)
