  1. To test and evaluation new product.
  
  2. To providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  
  to salesman and channel.
  
  3. To working on after-sales support services and providing technical
  
  back up as required.
  
  4. To analysis competitor and making specification comparing.
  
  5. To supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows,
  
  conference and other marketing event.
  
  6. To making technical presentation and demonstrating how product
  
  meets customer needs, and training for our team.
  
  7. To write technical documentation for product. (Specification,
  
  manual and comparison)
