    -Coordinating with carious department to provide customer with more convenient service
    - To communicate with foreigner for support sales team
    - Answer customer inquiries and provide customer with a variety of information relating to services, products, special items, special events, etc;

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male or Female
    -Bachelor degree in any related file
    - Good to communicate in Russian language is a must**
    - Good command in English (Toeic 550 if any)
    - Able to work as shift-work
    - Love to customer service and support sales team
    - Good personality with service minded and team work
    - Be able to work on weekend (6 days a week)
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills
