Job Description
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understanding clients’ businesses and identifying their recruitment needs
- Understanding job requirements and sourcing, screening, matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiating offer terms of an agreement and placing candidates successfully
- Follow up and give feedback to Career Consultant team about status of candidate’s interview
- Plan and work with team to develop business proposals that speak to clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives
- Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets
- Perform other related duties as required.Requirement
- Thai Nationality, Gender doesn't matter, Age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor or higher degree in any field.
- Have working experience of at least 1-2 years as a recruitment consultant, sales experience or related field
- Being sales-oriented and have worked to targets and on commission
