1. บริหารงานจัดซื้อภายในและต่างประเทศ- วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารงานจัดซื้อให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตรงตามความต้องการของหน่วยงาน- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับซัพพลายเออร์ (Supplier)- กำหนดมาตรฐานการทำงานของฝ่ายจัดซื้อ พร้อมควบคุมการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ตรงเวลา และบริหารต้นทุนการจัดซื้อให้เหมาะสม- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ เพื่ออัปเดตกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า การประกอบ และการจำหน่ายสินค้า- พัฒนาทักษะ ความรู้ และศักยภาพของพนักงานในฝ่าย เพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด2. การบริหารงานภายในแผนก- วางนโยบาย วางแผน และพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานของฝ่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ- สรรหา คัดเลือก และประเมินผู้ขาย/ซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ รวมถึงการต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขการสั่งซื้อ- ควบคุมและติดตามกระบวนการสั่งซื้อ การนำเข้า และการส่งมอบสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนด- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายผลิต และคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น- ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาสินค้า/อะไหล่ที่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไข พร้อมดำเนินการเคลมสินค้ากับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ- วิเคราะห์และหาวิธีการลดต้นทุน (Total Cost / Landed Cost)- ให้คำปรึกษาในการจัดหาสินค้าทดแทน และพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ขาย (Supplier Development)- เยี่ยมเยียน ประเมินผล และต่อรองทางการค้ากับซัพพลายเออร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง- พัฒนาบุคลากรภายในฝ่าย จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรม ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน- ส่งเสริมให้การทำงานของฝ่ายมีมาตรฐาน โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้3. การจัดการทั่วไป- บริหารและดูแลผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติงานได้ตามเป้าหมายขององค์กร- ดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001- วางแผนและจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปีของฝ่าย- ดูแลการบริหารคุณภาพภายในฝ่าย และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมองค์กรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
