Job ObjectiveThe company is expanding into the Thai market and is looking for a Thai Booking Affiliate who will be responsible for the initial setup phase (building the booking system with KOC/Creators/local partners, standardizing processes)Key ResponsibilitiesA. KOC Video Affiliate Recruitment (60%)• Search, screen, and recruit suitable creators to produce KOC affiliate videos on TikTok.• Work directly with creators: negotiate product lists, commission rates, and collaboration terms.• Coordinate product preparation/content production.• Manage sample product delivery.• Provide content direction and creative suggestions.• Track deadlines to ensure timely content publication.• Monitor video performance: affiliate orders, GMV, conversion, etc.B.
