1.Sales Operation and Enablement-Oversee and manage daily sales operations, including issuing quotations and sales orders, to ensure smooth operation, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy.-Providing operational support and coverage during team absences, while serving as the primary escalation point for complex transactions and operational issues.-Allocate workload, manage team performance, and ensure timely task completion.2.Customer Service & Experience-Drive SLA compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction through feedback and continuous improvement.-Act as the first point of escalation for complex internal issues.3.Team Performance and Development-Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Coordinators through training, performance reviews, and continuous feedback to drive accountability.-Foster a positive, high-performing team culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.4.Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement-Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth information flow and alignment with business goals.-Identify process bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge repositories.5. Data & Performance Reporting-Monitor operational KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership to support data-driven decisions.-Perform other duties as assigned.
