[Product] IT Infrastructure and Cyber security1. Setup and basic configuration of network and IT devices (e.g., firewalls, routers, switches, servers)2. Troubleshooting and monitoring of customer environments3. Assisting in designing and implementing IT infrastructure based on customer needs (including networks, servers, backup, and cloud)4. Proposing IT improvements and upgrades to clients in collaboration with your team5. Over time, contributing to cybersecurity proposals and assessments as part of our broader service offering※Visit customers 2-3 days/week

- Coordinate with users to collect system requirements- Analyze and design system as assigned- Coordinate with various agencies in order to make the work come out as designed- Control the project timeline- Check the correctness of works according to designed- Follow up and support users- Documentation for UAT- Prepare documents for using the system- Support team during Go Live system
