1. Financial Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute the company’s long-term financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.- Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO, CEO and Board of Directors.- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support business growth.2. Financial Management & Operations- Oversee accounting, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting functions.- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure strong financial health.- Optimize capital structure, funding sources, and financial efficiency.3. Financial Reporting & Compliance (Public Company Requirements)- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and SEC/SET regulations.- Manage statutory filings, annual reports, and disclosures as required for a publicly listed company.- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure adherence to governance standards.4. Risk Management & Internal Controls- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems.- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements.5. Investor Relations (IR)- Build strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.- Prepare and present financial performance, forecasts, and corporate strategies in analyst meetings and shareholder meetings.- Manage communication with stakeholders to maintain investor confidence.6. Strategic Business Partnering- Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Commercial, IT, and Leadership teams to support business initiatives.- Evaluate new business opportunities, M&A, partnerships, and investments.- Support digital transformation and financial automation to enhance operational efficiency.7. Team Leadership & Development- Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, treasury, and risk management teams.- Establish a high-performance culture and ensure continuous professional development.

[Business]Manufacturing and Sales of automotive air-conditioning systems (Compressor for automotive)[Job Summary]The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial, accounting, and strategic planning activities.The role requires a strong balance of strategic vision, operational control, and business partnership to support sustainable growth, profitability, and compliance with both local and group financial standards.[Key Responsibilities]1. Financial Strategy & Leadership- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals and group policies.- Advise the President and management team on financial planning, investment, and risk management.- Drive business performance through financial analysis and scenario planning.2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.- Monitor performance against budget, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and cost optimization initiatives.3. Accounting & Reporting- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in compliance with Thai GAAP and Group standards (IFRS/Japan GAAP).- Liaise with HQ Finance team in Japan for consolidation and group reporting.4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding to ensure business liquidity.- Oversee banking relationships, foreign exchange management, and investment planning.- Implement internal controls over treasury operations.5. Taxation & Compliance- Ensure compliance with all local tax laws, BOI regulations (if applicable), and group policies.- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Thai accounting, tax, and financial regulations.6. Internal Controls & Risk Management- Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.- Lead internal audits and implement recommendations.7. Leadership & Team Development- Supervise and mentor the Accounting, Finance, and related administrative teams.- Build a high-performing finance organization with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.- Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments and HQ.
