[Key Responsibilities]- Manage and maintain fixed asset records, including equipment and other company assets- Monitor asset acquisition, disposal, depreciation, and ensure accurate asset tracking- Support accounting and financial operations, including data recording and documentation- Assist with internal compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures- Support internal controls and internal audit-related activities- Coordinate with internal departments regarding asset management and compliance matters- Prepare reports and documents related to accounting, assets, and compliance as required- Support other administrative and accounting tasks assigned by management
