-Review and improve work processes and logistics planning systems.-Develop logistics strategies.-Manage logistics and transportation costs.-Prepare budgets and forecasts.-Lead, supervise, and motivate the logistics team.-Assess and develop team members as needed.-Provide expert guidance on transportation, logistics, warehousing, and customs.-Report overall logistics performance to the Director
