工作内容
• Conduct real estate due diligence;• Conduct legal research on topics relating to real estate development such as land allocation, commercial or residential buildings, factories, ports, etc., and provide concise opinions to clients;• Draft contracts relating to the field of real estate and machinery such as lease agreements and service agreements;• Provide opinions on real estate-related matters;• Liaise with government authorities for registration or informational purposes;• Ensure legal compliance;• Perform other tasks as assigned by Partners or senior lawyers.
