- Provide legal advice and services on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.- Handle and advise on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other corporate transactions.- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, agreements, and contracts.- Advise both Thai and international clients on corporate and commercial legal matters.- Conduct legal research and due diligence to support corporate transactions and investment activities.- Supervise, review, and manage the work of junior and mid-level lawyers to ensure high-quality legal services and timely delivery.- Manage client relationships, understand client needs, and provide practical and commercially oriented legal solutions.- Collaborate with other practice groups and stakeholders on complex legal matters and transactions.

• Conduct real estate due diligence;• Conduct legal research on topics relating to real estate development such as land allocation, commercial or residential buildings, factories, ports, etc., and provide concise opinions to clients;• Draft contracts relating to the field of real estate and machinery such as lease agreements and service agreements;• Provide opinions on real estate-related matters;• Liaise with government authorities for registration or informational purposes;• Ensure legal compliance;• Perform other tasks as assigned by Partners or senior lawyers.
