・Identify, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.・Analyze existing production processes and propose engineering improvements to reduce manual operations and operational costs.・Lead factory automation projects, including equipment selection, system integration, and process optimization.・Evaluate manufacturing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance quality, safety, and operational performance.・Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve overall plant performance.・Design and implement productivity improvement initiatives through automation, digitization, and process optimization.・Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation and process improvement projects.・Monitor project progress and ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.・Develop technical standards, operating procedures, and documentation related to automation systems and manufacturing processes.・Provide technical support and training to production personnel regarding new equipment and systems.・Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for their application within the factory.

ㆍ บำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมเครื่องมือวัดภาคสนาม (PM / CM)ㆍ อ่านและใช้งาน P&ID, Loop Diagram, Termination Drawing เครื่องมือวัดภาคสนาม รวมถึงการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัด เช่น Pressure / Temperature / Flow / Level, การทดสอบและซ่อมบำรุง Control Valve / On-Off Valve และ PLC เป็นต้นㆍ สอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัด (Calibration) และทดสอบระบบ (Function Test)ㆍ งาน Overhaul เครื่องมือวัดและระบบควบคุมㆍ ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบควบคุมทั้งหมด เช่น DCS, SCADA, F&G, SIS, RTU และตู้ควบคุมภายในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับกระบวนการผลิตㆍ ดูแลระบบ SCADA ด้าน Network, Cyber Security, Server และ Workstationㆍ เขียนและปรับปรุงโปรแกรม PLC เช่น (Schneider, Siemens, Allen-Bradley หรืออื่น ๆ)ㆍ เชื่อมต่อ Transmitter เข้ากับ PLC และสอบเทียบสัญญาณมาตรฐานㆍ ดูแล Local Control Panel และ Remote Terminal Unit (RTU)
