工作内容
Act as the primary contact for Japanese customers, handling inquiries related to production and shipping schedules. Coordinate with the Export Control team to arrange shipments as per customer specifications. Monitor order allocation and shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery. Ensure shipments align with monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, shipments, and customer communications. Support any additional tasks related to sales coordination, logistics, and customer service.
