工作内容
- Manage end-to-end international product registration, including new registrations, renewals, amendments, and regulatory approvals.- Research regulatory requirements, product classifications, registration procedures, timelines, and fees for target markets.- Prepare, review, and coordinate regulatory dossiers and supporting technical documentation.- Liaise with overseas regulatory authorities, local registration agents, distributors, consultants, and testing laboratories.- Monitor registration progress, respond to regulatory inquiries, and ensure timely approvals.- Review product formulations, specifications, labels, packaging, claims, and marketing materials to ensure regulatory compliance.- Assess regulatory feasibility and potential risks for new products and market-entry initiatives.- Maintain accurate records of product registrations, approvals, renewals, and compliance status.- Provide regulatory guidance and support to International Sales, Business Development, Marketing, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams.- Manage external regulatory partners to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
