- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehouse management, and administrative support.
- Manage accounting, financial operations, General Affairs, HR, and IT functions.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support management decisions.
- Monitor operational costs and implement measures to improve efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Keep up to date with industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
资格
任职资格
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, logistics, or freight forwarding, including experience at a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Experience managing accounting, financial operations, General Affairs, HR, and IT.
- Leadership experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.
- Experience using accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent systems, and fluent written and spoken English.
