  [Key Responsibilities]
  - Visit existing clients to identify requirements, customer service inquiries (machine modifications, overhauls, training courses), and scope of work.
  - Support non-Thai sales staff regarding new machine inquiries and communicate effectively with key Thai decision-makers.
  - Handle after-sales and emergency maintenance services in coordination with service engineers.
  - Define the scope of work, prepare technical/service proposals and quotations, and establish service schedules.
  - Lead CS-related meetings, present progress reports, and consult with HQ or overseas branches for technical guidance.
  - Track and monitor CS job progress with engineers to ensure successful issue resolution.
  - Travel independently overseas for customer visits as required.
