• 工作内容

  - Oversee daily production operations for injection molding and extrusion processes to achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
  - Develop production plans, allocate manpower and resources, and monitor production performance.
  - Control and improve production efficiency, productivity, yield, scrap rates, and manufacturing costs.
  - Ensure product quality and compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
  - Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  - Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  - Monitor machine performance, tooling conditions, material usage, and process parameters.
  - Drive continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and waste reduction.
  - Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
  - Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
  - Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and report performance and improvement plans to management.
