• 工作内容

  - Plan, control, evaluate, and audit supplier quality performance and manufacturing processes to drive continuous quality improvement and achieve defined quality targets in line with customer requirements.
  - Follow up and monitor corrective actions related to quality issues involving automotive parts and supplier manufacturing processes, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
  - Control and manage engineering and process changes, including Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Process Change Requests (PCR), and Special Use Requests (SUR), ensuring proper evaluation, approval, and implementation.
  - Execute supplier quality improvement activities and development programs as assigned to enhance supplier performance and maintain required quality standards.
  - Coordinate with cross-functional internal departments to monitor and follow up on the progress of corrective actions for assigned parts, ensuring issues are resolved within the required timeline and customer requirements are met.
