• 工作内容

  - Lead and supervise the Production Planning team to ensure production plans are achieved according to customer demand and business requirements.
  - Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, capacity, materials, and inventory levels.
  - Coordinate with Production, Material Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, and Sales to ensure smooth production operations.
  - Monitor production progress and identify potential capacity, material, or delivery issues, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  - Manage production capacity, manpower, machine utilization, and production priorities to optimize resources.
  - Monitor and control WIP, finished goods, and inventory levels to ensure optimal inventory and production efficiency.
  - Ensure production schedules are aligned with customer delivery requirements and on-time delivery targets.
  - Analyze production planning data and prepare KPI reports and management reports.
  - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, production efficiency, inventory control, and delivery performance.
  - Manage production planning risks and coordinate contingency plans for urgent orders, material shortages, and production disruptions.
  - Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of SAP/ERP planning data, production orders, BOM, and relevant master data.
  - Lead and develop the Production Planning team, including task assignment, performance management, and employee development.
