工作内容
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the transition of new products from R&D to mass production, including design reviews, pilot run follow up, and issue resolution.
- Process documentation: Develop and maintain complete process documentation: PFMEA, control plans, process flow charts, SOPs, etc.
- Production support & continuous improvement: Resolve on line production issues and lead projects to improve yield and efficiency.
- New processes & equipment: Research, validate, and introduce new processes; select, qualify, and maintain new equipment.
资格
任职资格
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Information Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB/PCBA processes.
- Familiarity with PCB/PCBA manufacturing and assembly processes, including SMT placement, through-hole soldering, assembly, and testing.
- Proficiency with CAD/EDA tools such as AutoCAD, Altium Designer, SolidWorks, or PTC (Creo).
- Ability to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and network analyzers, and to prepare process documentation (PFMEA, control plans, SOPs).
Advantages:
- Experience in automotive electronics, medical devices, or high frequency communications.
- Experience with 50Ω impedance matching simulations and signal integrity (SI) / power integrity (PI) analysis.
- Industry certifications such as IPC A-610 or IPC 7711/7721, or good English proficiency (e.g., CET 4).英文
