• 工作内容

  - Develop and implement comprehensive logistics business strategies and business plans covering Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Transportation, and Warehousing to drive the company’s revenue and profitability growth.
  - Manage the overall P&L performance of the business unit, including revenue and profit, in line with the company’s targets.
  - Develop and drive sales and marketing strategies for Integrated Logistics Solutions, covering:
  - Develop strategies for acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and building strong relationships with key accounts.
  - Lead and manage teams across Sales, Operations, Customs Brokerage, Customer Service, Accounting, and other relevant functions to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business targets.
  - Develop and maintain service standards to improve service quality and maximize customer satisfaction.
  - Establish pricing strategies, analyze costs, and manage profit margins for each service.
  - Oversee business operations to ensure compliance with customs laws, regulations, requirements of the Customs Department, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  - Analyze business data, market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to provide business development recommendations to management.
  - Improve work systems and operational processes, and implement technology solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
  - Prepare and present business performance reports, sales reports, financial results, and KPIs to management.
  - Build a high-performing team, develop employees, and establish a succession plan for key positions.
  - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
