- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Work closely with senior management to develop sales strategies and business plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Proactively approach new clients and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales results and provide recommendations to management for business improvement.
- Support negotiations with key customers and business partners.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in dietary supplements, food supplements, FMCG, or B2B business.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales team management and sales strategy planning.
- Proven track record in developing new business and closing sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
- Able to work closely with senior management and independently drive sales initiatives.
- Good command of English would be an advantage.英文
