工作内容
- Manage semiconductor customers in Thailand and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Promote products including Probe Cards, Test Sockets, Contact Pins and related semiconductor test solutions
- Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers
- Coordinate technical discussions among customers and internal engineering teams in Japan, SEA and the United States
- Lead customer meetings, product presentations and technical support activities
- Manage quotation, purchase orders, delivery schedule and project follow-up
- Support product qualification, evaluation and problem solving with customers
- Coordinate failure analysis, quality issues and corrective actions with internal teams
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer roadmaps
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports and customer visit reports
- Support exhibitions, seminars and product promotions
- Travel to customer sites for business development and technical support
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Experience in Semiconductor industry
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to communicate with customers and overseas teams
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand and overseas when required
【Advantages】
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in Probe Card, Test Socket, IC Test, ATE or Semiconductor Testing is preferred
- Experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the semiconductor industry英文
