工作内容
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales for the brand.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media, online advertising, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to develop effective marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and KPIs while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends, identify new marketing opportunities, and recommend innovative initiatives to support business growth.
资格
任职资格
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience developing, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Experience analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
Advantages:
