  • 工作内容

    - Lead and develop a B2C telesales team of 40+ agents through Team Supervisors.
    - Develop sales strategies, optimize workflows, and drive overall team performance.
    - Monitor and improve key KPIs, including Approval Rate (AR), Delivery Rate (DR), Average Order Value (AOV), call attempts, and lead conversion.
    - Analyze sales performance, identify root causes of performance gaps, and implement coaching and improvement plans.
    - Recommend process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
    - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    - 7+ years of experience in B2C Sales, Telesales, Call Center, or E-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    - Proven experience managing 40+ telesales agents through Team Leaders/Supervisors.
    - Strong knowledge of B2C sales KPIs (AR, DR, AOV, Conversion Rate).
    - Strong analytical, coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
    - Good command of English.
    - Experience in multinational or fast-paced organizations is an advantage.
