工作内容
[Responsibilities]
- Develop and maintain quality management systems.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control activities in accordance with company standards.
- Support customer audits, certification audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Investigate quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor supplier quality performance and product quality metrics, and prepare related reports.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare quality documentation and maintain quality records.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
资格
任职资格
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance within transformer manufacturing
- Knowledge of transformer design principles and electrical calculations
- Business-level English proficiency
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month
