  Financial Strategy & Business Planning
  - Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  - Partner with the executive management team to support long-term business growth and expansion.
  - Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  - Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  Financial Management & Reporting
  - Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, Treasury, and Tax.
  - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
  - Develop financial models and performance dashboards to support business decisions.
  Cost Control & Manufacturing Finance
  - Monitor production costs, inventory, and profitability.
  - Develop cost control initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize margins.
  - Work closely with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to optimize manufacturing costs.
  - Evaluate capital investment projects and business expansion opportunities.
  Internal Control, Compliance & Risk Management
  - Establish and maintain strong financial governance and internal control systems.
  - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
  - Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  Leadership & Team Development
  - Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting organization.
  - Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
  - Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
