工作内容
- Monitor and control machine efficiency and effectiveness of production lines
- Manage section KPIs to meet targets
- Issue and manage preventive maintenance (PM) plans to achieve maintenance objectives
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep machines in good condition
- Supervise and support work performed by subordinate staff
- Manage and follow up on job assignments from section leaders and enforce section policy
- Analyze machine problems and implement countermeasures
- Summarize and report concerns to group management
- Provide basic training and on-the-job training (OJT), and evaluate new members
- Consider and prepare 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) proportions for preventive maintenance work
- Coach to improve skills of subordinate staff
资格
任职资格
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality System Engineer or in a related quality engineering role
- Business-level English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and testing methods
- Understanding of IATF 16949 requirements and Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA)
- Experience applying analytical and problem-solving methods to investigate and resolve quality issues, with demonstrated process ownership and leadership experience英文
