工作内容

• Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business applications• Drive AWS cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise environments to AWS Cloud infrastructure• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Firewall, VPN, VMware, Veeam Backup, Data Replication, 3CX IP-PBX, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium• Establish and enforce IT governance, security policies, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure business continuity and data protection• Manage and respond to IT service requests in a timely manner while monitoring service quality and SLA performance • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with key users to design and implement effective IT solutions and projects. • Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and infrastructure enhancements• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved • Lead, coach, and develop IT team members to strengthen technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and operational excellence• Manage IT budgets, maintenance agreements, software licensing, and asset management to optimize IT investment • Coordinate with vendors, outsourcing partners, and service providers to ensure service quality and project delivery • Handle incident escalation, crisis management, and business continuity activities to minimize operational impact • Anticipate potential risks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement preventive actions to enhance system reliability• Prepare and present IT operational updates, project status reports, and strategic recommendations to IT Management and Top Management
