工作内容
- Source and procure raw materials used in dietary supplement manufacturing, including vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, amino acids, and functional ingredients.
- Manage procurement of packaging materials such as bottles, caps, sachets, boxes, labels, and related supplies.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor procurement status.
- Coordinate deliveries to ensure alignment with production schedules.
- Identify and evaluate new local and international suppliers.
- Compare pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to source materials for new product development.
- Work closely with Production Planning teams to ensure sufficient inventory levels.
- Coordinate with QA/QC departments regarding supplier approvals and quality documentation.
- Liaise with warehouse teams for receiving and inspection processes.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Experience in food, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good analytical and coordination abilities.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.英文
