[Responsibilities]
- Develop and maintain quality management systems.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Manage customer audits, certification audits, and quality improvement projects.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and product quality metrics.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese manager
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Over 5 years experience in quality assurance within transformer manufacturing.
- Experience of team management over 20 employees
- Business English skill
- Be able to work 2 Saturdays/month
【Advantage】
- Experience with transformer testing, inspection, and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.英文
