    [Responsibilities]
    - Manage daily production operations for power and distribution transformers.
    - Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
    - Lead production teams and develop workforce capabilities.
    - Improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
    - Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams.
    - Implement continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
    - Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to management.
    - Other tasks as assigned by manager

资格

  • 任职资格

    Must:
    - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
    - Over 5 years' experience in power transformer production manufacturing
    - Experience managing teams of over 50 employees
    - Business-level English
    - Able to work two Saturdays per month
