• 工作内容

  - Calculate purchasing quantities from customer long-term forecasts to fulfill monthly production
  - Monitor customer order fluctuations and adjust purchase quantities to match customer demand
  - Collaborate with Sales and Procurement teams to validate forecast accuracy and adjust purchasing plans as necessary
  - Receive customer orders and inform the Warehouse department to prepare deliveries as requested
  - Issue accurate tax invoices on time
  - Perform inventory control and report on a monthly basis
  - Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to maintain a balance between supply and demand
  - Track real-time stock levels and usage rates to identify potential risks of excess inventory or stock shortages
  - Prepare forecast analysis and explain to the Sales team the forecast and purchasing conditions at that time to issue the final PO to the supplier
  - Prepare monthly long-aging inventory reports to understand inventory situation
  - Conduct forecast analysis
  - Correspond with customers and suppliers to resolve issues promptly and meet their satisfaction
  - Perform statutory and regulatory assignments as directed by a leader or authorized person
  - Perform daily problem solving to maintain smooth operations
