  - Plan and develop marketing strategies for brands and projects in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  - Manage and coordinate marketing operations with the sales team, executives, and related departments.
  - Oversee and drive marketing plans for multiple condominium projects simultaneously, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and optimization.
  - Conduct market, competitor, and customer behavior analysis to guide product development, pricing strategy, and project positioning.
  - Define integrated marketing communication strategies across online and offline channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  - Review and approve advertising materials, campaigns, and marketing activities to ensure consistency with brand direction.
  - Build and strengthen brand awareness while enhancing corporate and project brand dierentiation in the market.
  - Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance, providing strategic recommendations to improve sales results and ROI.
  - Develop marketing workflows, performance metrics (KPIs), and initiatives to enhance overall team eectiveness.
