  - Possess strong knowledge and understanding of the company’s products.
  - Plan and manage assigned tasks effectively.
  - Prepare reports, track progress, and analyze project status, including participating in quotations and product/service proposals for clients.
  - Handle design tasks or develop solutions based on client requirements.
  - Provide consultation and support on products both before and after sales.
  - Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure work progresses according to the planned schedule.
  - Prepare documents and reports for supervisors for weekly and monthly meetings.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
