工作内容
Service: Japanese Beauty Clinic e.g. Blemish Removal, Melasma, Skin Tone Up Treatment, Medical Hair Removal, Botox, Filler etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and provide professional care to both Thai and international customers
• Provide information on clinic services, promotions, and treatment details
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate appointments via phone, Line, and social media platforms
• Manage and organize doctors’ and customers’ appointment schedules efficiently
• Prepare documents, process payments, and summarize daily sales reports
• Coordinate with medical and treatment teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and clinic environment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately and professionally
资格
任职资格
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist role within an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Pleasant personality with a service-minded attitude and positive demeanor
• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player
• Proficient in using social media platforms (e.g., Line, Facebook, Instagram)英文
