    The Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading a team of sales professionals and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, business development capabilities, and a deep understanding of technology-driven solution sales, particularly in cloud solutions, custom software development, and DevSecOps services.

    The successful candidate will work closely with both technical teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
    - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
    - Take ownership of quarterly and annual sales goals assigned by senior management.
    - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
    - Identify target industries, markets, and high-potential accounts.
    - Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

    2. Team Management & Performance Development
    - Set KPIs and performance expectations for sales team members.
    - Conduct regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
    - Support team members in complex negotiations and high-value deals.
    - Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.

    3. Business Development & Client Relationship Management
    - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
    - Support the team in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
    - Work with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
    - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

    4. Consultative Solution Selling
    - Understand client business challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions.
    - Guide the team in presenting solutions related to:
    - Cloud platform solutions
    - Custom software development
    - DevSecOps services
    - Support proposal development, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.

    5. Sales Performance Monitoring
    - Track pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and sales metrics.
    - Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
    - Identify gaps in sales performance and implement corrective actions.

    6. Customer Retention & Account Growth
    - Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong post-sales engagement.
    - Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
    - Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree is a plus).
    - Proven experience selling B2B custom software or tailor-made technology solutions.
    - Background in software house, IT consulting, or system integration environments preferred.
    - Minimum 3 years experience leading a sales team.
    - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.-
    - Strong understanding of technology solution sales cycles.
    - Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    - Ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
    - Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
