工作内容
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and control overall Human Resources management functions, including employee administration and payroll program management
• Ensure payroll processes are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations, including handling payroll tax filing for Japanese employees
• Liaise with the Labor Department and relevant authorities in relation to employment matters or disputes
• Manage visa and work permit processes for Japanese employees, including coordination with government agencies
• Support implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee records
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

任职资格
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resource Management
• Can communicate well in English ,both reading and writing
• Proficient in using computers, including Excel, Word , and others.
• Have working experience in the Japanese company英文
