工作内容
1. Pre-Business set up
- Support sample for testing purpose
- Support Environment test report, certificate, survey, datasheet
2. Price Preparation and price control
- Price negotiation with both customer and internal
- Making Quotation of new inquiry, cost down, revise exchange rate
3. Operation management
- Register new part in system
- Recover order which error
- Monitor Gross Contribution Margin (GCM) and recover minus GCM
- Credit/Debit Note issue in case wrong price update/sales to customer
4. Others
- Summary daily job for sharing among team member every month
- Support team improvement project
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Have experience 1 - 2 years in related field
- Good Command in English with Toeic Score 650 up *pls attached TOEIC score if available.
- Have an experience in price handling (Quotation) and price negotiation
- Have a passion and ownership for internal supporting role
- Have customer satisfaction mindset and be able to work under pressure
- Have an innovation mindset for operation improvement
- Good in Computer ability, Excel skills (Vlook up/ If / formula)英文
