工作内容
The Legal Advisor provides legal support to the organization, including contract drafting, legal interpretation, risk advisory, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This position also assists in corporate secretarial functions and represents the company on specific legal matters.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and recommendations across business and operational matters.
- Offer guidance and support to management and internal teams.
- Assist in corporate secretarial functions, including regulatory compliance.
- Represent the company as attorney-at-law or attorney-in-fact in relevant matters when required.
- Perform other legal tasks as assigned.
资格
应征条件
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Attorney-at-law license (required)
- Notarial Services Attorney (advantageous)
- 5 years working as in-house counsel or corporate lawyer
- Litigation experience (min 2 years) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and general law
- Contract and commercial law capability
- Labor law & dispute resolution
- Civil and commercial litigation experience
- Understanding of IP & related business law
- Strong business and corporate comprehension
- Ability to advise senior management strategically
- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills
- Sound judgment with analytical thinking英文
