工作内容
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies and manage online calendar
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote and increase sales
- Optimize product listings and select product photos to upload to the platforms
- Analyze data and track key metrics from each platform to know a customer’s need and behavior and identify growth opportunity
- Maintain, optimize, and manage content on online stores, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and stocked with accurate product information
- Oversee back-end processes, including order fulfilment, inventory, stock control, and integration with warehouse
- Manage customer service channels, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
资格
应征条件
- Handle all e-commerce–related operations and activities.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
- Required languages: English
- Demonstrated expertise in managing major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), with excellent channel and customer relationship management skills
- Strong market insight with excellent data analysis skills and sensitivity to sales performance metrics.英文
