工作内容
- Supervise daily site operations, including workforce, materials, and equipment management.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to project plans.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- 3–5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision
- Communicative English skill (Internal)
- Working in the same company for at least 2 years
- Be able to visit the client site (Bangkok/Rayong/Chonburi) / visiting the site everyday (Allowance provided)
【Advanatage】
- Working experience at Japanese company
- Be able to work at irregularshift on weekends英文
